We run two Production Shifts with operations utilizing the following skills:
- Machine Operators and Assistants for Laser Burning Tables, Press Brakes, Horizontal Machining Centers, Drill Press, and Band Saw
- Welders for Manual and Robotic welding
- Production Line Painters and Assistants
- Assemblers to install parts onto new Deere machines, including modifications to hydraulic, electrical/electronic, fuel, and cooling systems
- Material Handlers for production and warehouse areas
- Shipping and Receiving personnel
We have Support Staff working in the following areas:
- Mechanical Engineering for Product design and Manufacturing support
- Production Planning/Scheduling
- Purchasing
- Quality Assurance
- Safety and Environment Compliance
- Accounting
- Marketing/Sales
